The summer before my senior year of high school I went to Gulf Shores, Alabama to participate in a service trip. This was my first time seeing the ocean and it was an amazing experience...and a week ago I saw the same beach I had first stepped foot on covered in oil. It sickens me to think of the animals that are affected by this disaster.
